Let’s start with talking about eggs, and the benefits of eating them.

What are the benefits of eating eggs?

Eggs are nutritious. They contain minerals and vitamins such as Vitamin A, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B2, Selenium and Phosphorus.

They’re rich in protein, raise HDL (the “good”) cholesterol, and can help with managing your weight. In fact, they’re great for you and contain a bit of every important nutrient you need.

Are eggs low in calories?

Yes. One egg contains approximately 75 calories. They’re a killer food for weight loss. Normally, people have 2 or 3 eggs at a time, so if you limit the number of calories you’re having alongside eggs, you can get a complete meal under 300 or 400 calories. In fact, our low calorie egg recipes contain this number or less.
